Future licensing? Is it really time to change?

So we have a while until our current license expires (thankfully bought 5 years) but for those who have renewed recently, are they crazy prices now?  Is it really that bad, or are vxrail installations shielded from some of the new broadcom BS?

Do you get discounts anymore via your relationship with Dell?

Also, i see that the new licenses are subscription only, so would a vxrail cluster stop working if your subs runs out?
