Powering the Global Movement for Sovereign AI

Empowering governments, enterprises and innovators to build trusted, controlled and culturally relevant AI.

Sovereign AI is taking shape through bold partnerships between government and industry. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen landmark government collaborations announced across the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia—with Dell Technologies at the heart of the action.

As we reflect on our annual flagship event, Dell Technologies World, it’s clear this shift is accelerating. Sovereign AI dominated the conversation—with customers, partners and policymakers aligned around a shared goal: building AI that reflects local values, ensures national control of critical data and delivers real economic and societal value.

Increasingly we see hand-in-hand collaboration between enterprises and governments as the key to bringing Sovereign AI ambitions to life through trusted infrastructure, open ecosystems and domain-specific innovation. We at Dell envision building this critical public-private partnership through an Invest, Innovate and Evolve framework to drive everything from efficient power and workforce skilling to cybersecurity and innovation-friendly government policies.

The Global Opportunity of Sovereign AI

Sovereign AI isn’t just gaining traction—it’s gaining value. Bank of America estimates it could represent 15% of annual global AI infrastructure spending in the near future, equating to a $50 billion opportunity each year.

Through the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, we deliver flexible, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored to the unique needs of sovereign projects around the world:

  • United States: We’re collaborating with Deloitte to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions for government and public sector customers through its Silicon to Service (S2S) program.
  • Europe: We’ve teamed up with Atos and regional leaders to develop AI solutions fully aligned with the European Union’s strict data sovereignty regulations.
  • South Korea: Our work with Elice brings cutting-edge AI education and innovation platforms to local markets.

This global momentum demonstrates a shared vision—to empower countries and industries to choose their own AI path, on their own terms.

Building the Future of AI Together

Sovereign AI is quickly becoming a defining priority for the decade ahead and one of the world’s greatest economic opportunities. Dell Technologies is ready for this moment.

Through the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA and our open, trusted global ecosystem, we help customers turn vision into action, just as we have for more than four decades. Whether you are a government leader, an enterprise pioneer, or a research innovator, we are your partner to design and build AI solutions that reflect your values, support your ambitions and drive positive change.

The era of sovereign AI has arrived. Together, we will build AI that empowers people, communities and nations.
